abstract | FIELD: medicine, pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicinal agent for treatment of nicotinism comprising activated form of small or supersmall doses of antibodies raised to nicotine obtained by multiple successive dilution and by external effect. Invention relates also to method of treatment of nicotinism involving administration of activated forms of antibodies raised to nicotine taken in small and supersmall doses as result of multiple successive dilution and by external effect. Invention provides the development of effective medicinal agent for treatment of nicotine dependence, therapy of psychosomatic disorders associated with tobacco smoking and for effect on alternated tolerance associated with tobacco smoking. This agent does not show adverse effect on body. Invention can be used for treatment of nicotinism, among them, for treatment of nicotine withdrawal syndrome and psychosomatic effects of tobacco smoking.
