abstract FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: during the first day of myocardial infarction after applying a thrombolytic therapy one should detect the signs-predictors of uncomplicated disease flow. Both diagnostic and curative tactics should be determined. Beginning since the second day one should detect interrelated complexes of symptoms, quantitative values, parameters individually for every patient. They'll help to evaluate the risk of lethality and possibility for the development of cardiac rhythm lesions and conductivity, acute heart failure relapsing disorders of coronary circulation in acute period. Ventricular tachyarrhythmias and acute cardiac aneurysm are detected. Lethal result in acute and remote periods of infarction are predicted due to clinical, instrumental, laboratory data and medicinal computerized technologies, statistic calculating programs, discriminant and regression analysis.
