titleOfInvention | Method for treating the cases of organic and functional diseases of the retina |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing transplant from biologically inert material. Incision is made in conjunctiva and Tenon's capsule 6-7 mm far from limb in external inferoexterior quadrant. Canal is formed in subtenon space to the posterior eye pole. Transplant is introduced therein. Irrigation catheter is introduced through pierce lower eyelid. The catheter is introduced so that its proximal end enters the built canal as far as the posterior eye pole. Sutures are put in over the incision. The proximal catheter end is fixed on temporal area skin. Preparations are fractionally introduced via the catheter 5-6 times a day during 10 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating patients for nystagmus, parkinsonism; improved vision function; stimulated microcirculation in posterior eye segment. |
