FIELD: dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: for preparation of product, the following components are used: milk with fattiness 3.2% or fat-free milk, dry fat-free milk, lactulose concentrate with 50% of mass part of dry substances and 35% of lactulose, kefir sour, potassium citrate, iron sulfate, zinc sulfate, vitamins A, E, C, D 2 ,B c and water. EFFECT: product for elderly men alimentation with improved food, biological and prophylactic properties. |
