titleOfInvention | Method for transplantation of animal cell, tissue or organ for a recipient and preparation for its implementation |
abstract | FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with transplantation in combination with one or several homologous complement restriction factors (HCRF), active in a recipient form, to prevent complete complement activation. HCRF represents or is of factor 1 activity (inactivator C3b or KAF), factor H, C4- binding protein, DAF (CD55), membranous cofactor protein (MCP, CD46, gp 45-70 or gp 66/56), CR1 (receptor C3b/C4b or CD35), CR2 (CD21, receptor C3.dg, receptor 3d/EBV and p140). Donor tissue could be transgenic and express HCRF-coding HK for a recipient during transplantation. To fulfill the method one should use a preparation being a homologous complement restriction factor (HCRF) active in a recipient form. Both the method and preparation enable to prevent the detachment of a transplant. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 17 cl, 22 dwg, 14 ex |
