abstract |
FIELD: repair of refractory linings of low-volume furnaces and high-temperature units. SUBSTANCE: method consists in application of exothermic mixture containing combustible aluminum-based agent and refractory filler on section to be repaired followed by sintering under action of oxygen. Proposed method employs exothermic mixture containing additionally oxidant - chromium and/or ferric oxide or their source; used as refractory filler of exothermic mixture is zirconium dioxide or its source at definite ratio of ingredients in area of combustible agent. Exothermic mixture is transformed to plastic state by means of binder solution and sintering procedure is performed in mode of self- propagating high-temperature synthesis. For transforming the exothermic mixture to plastic state, it is treated with solution of binder - fluoroplastic or fluorine-containing elastomer.
