FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with treating the widely spread form of uterine body cancer of stage III. In preoperative period, it is suggested to incubate with a patient's autolymph and introduce a standard total course dosage of cytostatics being increased by 2 times as: cyclophosphane, 5-fluouracil and metotrexate intravenously, by drops for 2 h, twice a week, at 2-3-d long interval for 2 wk, 4 procedures, totally. The method enables to decrease the size of tumor and the degree of tumor process distribution. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 ex |
