titleOfInvention | Method of producing protein hydrolyzate |
abstract | FIELD: feed production. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding raw material such as animal, poultry and fish processing wastes; separating fat fraction; providing hydrolysis for 6-7 hours in open boiling out mode; neutralizing by electrochemical processing in electrolyzer, which is divided by means of membrane into two sections, with hydrolyzate being placed into section having cathodic electrode and alkaline solution being fed into section with anodic electrode; passing direct current between electrodes until pH value of hydrolyzate reaches 5.6-7.0. Fat fraction is separated by heating through of ground raw material with water to temperature of 80-90 C; allowing it to settle for 2-3 hours and skimming floating lipid layer for further utilization. Direct current density at cathode during neutralization process is set to be within the range of 5.5-6.0 A/sq.dm. Hydrolyzate is boiled through to density of 1.05-1.12 g/cu.cm and pH value of 4.5-6.0. Method allows protein products to be obtained from low-value raw material of animal origin and to be introduced into animal's feed. EFFECT: wider range of raw materials, reduced processing time and improved quality of end product. 4 cl, 1 tbl, 3 ex |
