abstract | FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: fructose, 4.5-5.5 kg; lactose, 0.4-0.6 kg; succinic acid dissolved in softened water, 0.04-0.06 kg; sodium bicarbonate dissolved in solution of succinic acid, 0.09-0.11 kg; aqueous-alcoholic infusion of magnolia vine seeds of Ist and IInd decantation or extract of dry magnolia vine "Relikt", 1.0-1.2 l; natural flavor "Vodka ASM 665" of "Reino & Fis" firm (France) dissolved in 40-% vodka or rectified vodka in ratio 1:10-1.9-2.1 l; ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and corrected potable water, in terms of 40-% strength. Due to synergism of ingredients included in said vodka, the product has a complex of biologically active substances, and possesses higher stability at its storage and increased action of fructose, lactose and succinic acid. Synergism of said ingredients allows to block toxic substances appeared at vodka drinking, and it considerably reduces alcoholic abstinent syndrome.
