| abstract | FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: patients with uterine hypertonicity are suggested to undergo percutaneous electroneurostimulation at 60 Hz frequency, 0.6 ms impulse duration beginning since the 5-6th wk of pregnancy at intensivity to feel pleasant pain-free vibration once-twice daily at 2-3-h-long interval per 25-30 min at 5-6 procedures daily. It is, also, suggested to detect the value of thrombotic potential index and soluble complexes of fibrin monomers and at the increase of thrombotic potential index above 15 c. u. and/or appearance of positive value of soluble complexes of fibrin monomers it is necessary to conduct 3 seances of interrupted plasmapheresis at withdrawal of 30-50% volume of circulating plasma and plasma-substitution at the ratio to withdrawn plasma volume being 1.5 : 1 at 2-3- fold successive repetition of said procedures during pregnancy course.
