titleOfInvention Biological preparation for cleaning water and ground to remove crude oil and petroleum products
abstract FIELD: oil pollution elimination. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiological cleaning of grounds and reservoirs in cases of oil spills and treatment of industrial waste waters polluted by petroleum products and heavy metal salts. Biological preparation (commercial name "Lessorb-bio") is developed on the basis of oil-oxidizing bacteria Mycobacterium flavescens Ekh-91, Mycobacterium sp Izh4, Rhodococcus sp. 56d, Acinetobacter sp. NV-1 and sorbent "Lessorb", which is a vegetable material treatment product. Biological preparation assimilates rapidly aromatic, polyaromatic, unsaturated, isoprenoide hydrocarbons of petroleum, which are more carcinogenic and toxic for living nature than saturated hydrocarbons. In addition to petroleum, preparation efficiently assimilates mazut, diesel fuel, kerosene. Cultures of preparation are resistant against heavy metal ions, phenol, and formaldehyde. It is non- pathogenic and doses not contaminate environment. Storage time under refrigerator conditions achieves 6 months. EFFECT: enhanced cleaning efficiency. 5 cl, 6 ex
