Method for treating hyperactivity of urinary bladder |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with treating the disfunction of urinary bladder specified by detrusor's hyperactivity. The method is represented by instillation of anticholinergic preparation containing oxybutinine hydrochloride at physiologically acceptable dosage. The novelty is that this one additionally contains dimexide and aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol. Moreover, the mentioned preparation should be injected as a solution at standard volume of 20 ml at single dose in a day to remove all clinical signs of the disease. The method enables to improve transepithelial penetration of oxybutinine through urinary bladder's mucosa. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 cl, 1 tbl |
