FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of synthesis of derivatives of 2-aminothiazole carboxamide of the formula (I) where R 1 means C 1-5 -alkyl with direct or branched chain; R 2 means C 1-3 -alkyl by interaction of compound of the formula (II) where R 3 means phenyl that can be optionally mono-penta-substituted independently with chlorine atom, methoxy-, ethoxy-, phenoxy- or nitro-group with compound of the formula (III) where Y means removing group in solvent in the presence of a base. Invention relates also to compound of the formula (II) where R 1 means C 1-5 -alkyl with direct of branched chain; R 2 means C 1-3 -alkyl; R 3 means phenyl that can be optionally mono-penta-substituted independently with chlorine atom, methoxy-, ethoxy-, phenoxy- or nitro-group, and compound of the formula (III) where Y means chlorine or bromine atom.
