abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying complex treatment including gradual warming of the injured extremity, infusion therapy and peridural anesthesia. The treatment starts with carrying out prolonged epidural anesthesia using lidocaine solution immediately on patient admission. Peridural space puncturing and catheterization is applied at the level of T11-T12. The catheter is cranially introduced into two segments. Lidocaine is infused first at a dose of 6 mg/kg and then 2 mg/kg every 3 h during 3 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated blood circulation restoration in injured extremity. |
