SUBSTANCE: method involves sequentially carrying out pterygopalatine and orbital blocking with lidocaine, xanthynol, nicotinate and dexazone solution. 5 min later, magnetic stimulation with alternating magnetic field of 0.15-0.25 Tesla units. 20-30 min later, hyperbaric oxygenation therapy is applied in compression and decompression mode at 0.082-0.031 kPa/s during 10 min and isopressure under 147-176 kPa 40 min daily during 2 weeks. EFFECT: improved vision function; improved hemodynamic values.
