abstract FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: alcohol precipitate B of human plasma blood is diluted in 15- 20 volumes of 0.005-0.01 M sodium chloride solution at pH 5.3-5.6, ethyl alcohol is added to final concentration 13-17% at temperature (0 C) (-4 C), precipitate is separated, pH value is brought about to 6.8-7.2 and ethyl alcohol is added to final concentration 24-26%. Precipitate is separated by centrifugation, dissolved in 10-15 volumes of 0.005-0.01 M sodium chloride solution at pH 5.3-5.6 and ethyl alcohol is added to final concentration 13-17%. Inert precipitate is separated by centrifugation, pH value of supernatant is brought about to 6.9 ± 01 and ethyl alcohol is added to final concentration 24-26% at temperature (-4 C) (-10 C). Precipitate of end product is isolated by centrifugation, dissolved in water followed by sterilizing filtration and solution is kept at temperature (+1 C) (+15 C) for 1 week 1 month. Precipitate is removed by sterilizing filtration and low-molecular impurities are removed by ultrafiltration. Invention can be used for immunotherapy and immunoprophylaxis of bacterial and viral infections. EFFECT: enhanced purity degree of end product. 2 ex
