abstract FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: it is formed a conjunctival, surface corneoscleral flap, a deep sclerotomy is carried out followed by the impact upon Descemet's membrane with the help of ultrasound laser at 193 nm wave length, 10-50 Hz frequency, 1-20 mJ/cm 2 energy density. At first, one should layer-by-layer evaporate scleral layers to obtain the vessels of ciliary body, then Schlemm's canal is closed with a protector being nonpermeable for ultrasound radiation to affect deep layers of corneal stroma up to Descemet's membrane only in area being in front of Schvalbe line, before the moisture of anterior chamber appears, then protector should be removed and sutures are made. The method enables to increase the steadiness of hypotensive effect of the operation conducted, decrease traumaticity and remove postoperational complications.
