titleOfInvention Method for preventing silicon luxation into the anterior chamber in performing surgical treatment of amotio retinae
abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making 20 mm long incision in conjunctiva in parallel to limb and two perforations of sclera to suture light guide and irrigation system. Cornea scarification is carried out in parallel to limb with 4-5 mm long notches to be finished next to it with blade. Barrier membrane is implanted in rolled state with threads attached to it at three places. One of the thread ends is attached to the membrane by means of double knot, the other being let free. The member is transferred into the anterior chamber through cornea. Pierces are produced in sclera 15-20 mm far from the limb. The free ends of the threads are brought outside from the barrier membrane via the pierces. The barrier membrane is rolled out by pulling the threads in trying to position it in the eyeball cavity above the pressure torus. Each thread is attached to sclera by means of suturing. EFFECT: avoided complications like secondary glaucoma, uveitis and epithelial endothelial dystrophy. 4 cl
