abstract FIELD: polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a field of production of polyethylene-base polymeric composition for the cable industry. Polymeric composition comprises low-pressure polyethylene, 3,5-di-tert.-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl-propionic acid and pentaerythritol ester as a stabilizing agent, block-copolymer of propylene with ethylene, waste of low-pressure polyethylene taken in the following ratio of components, wt.%: low-pressure polyethylene, 74.8-91.9; iorganox 1010 - 0.1-0.2; block-copolymer of propylene with ethylene, 5-10; waste of low-pressure polyethylene, 3-15. Invention ensures to utilize secondary polyethylene, prolong cable exploitation due to the enhanced stability against cracking. EFFECT: improved properties of composition, decreased cost. 1 tbl
