titleOfInvention Metal sulfide preparation method
abstract FIELD: inorganic syntheses. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to self- propagating high-temperature synthesis technology and can be used for preparation of powdered simple and complex metal sulfides with required dispersity and morphology. Starting substance is compressed, ignited, and burned to incite reaction, which proceeds in burning mode under atmosphere of inert gas at pressure 0.1 to 5 MPa, said starting substance being powdered mixture of oxygen-containing metal compounds and sulfur-containing organic compound at metal-to- sulfur molar ratio from 1:1 to 1:2. The former can be nitrates or oxides and the latter thioamides or their derivatives and ammonium thiocyanate. In synthesis of complex metal sulfides, mixture of nitrates of corresponding metals is used. EFFECT: expanded synthetic possibilities. 6 cl, 12 ex
