abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protein substance-containing medicinal preparations. Invention is performed by the successive treatment of extract of the precipitate B (fraction III by Cohn's method) with chloroform in concentration from 0.1 to 3% and copper sulfate in concentration from 0.1 to 2% at pH value 6-8. The isolation of the end product is carried out by ultrafiltration method in the presence of chelating compounds. The advantage of the invention involves the enhancement of biological activity of the end product due to increase content of immunoglobulin of class M and decreased content of lipoproteids impurity.
