titleOfInvention Method for diagnostics of pyloric helicobacteriosis
abstract FIELD: medicine, medicinal microbiology and gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: method is applied to reveal Helicobacter pylori (HP). It is conducted a combined sampling of gastric content and blood serum. Ammonia level is determined photometrically by H.Keller technique and urea level by a standard diacetyl-monooxymic method, indices for the ratios of blood serum urea to gastric content ammonia (A) and blood serum ammonia to gastric content ammonia are calculated and at their values being below 11 and above 1, correspondingly, one should diagnose pyloric helicobacteriosis. EFFECT: more simplified and reliable method. 2 ex
