FIELD: medicine, biotechnology, genetic therapy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vaccine against hepatitis viruses. Invention involves the nucleic acid molecule that comprises the not full genome of fused viruses of hepatitis C and hepatitis B or the not full genome of hepatitis C virus comprising the nucleotide sequence encoding the full core protein of hepatitis C and S-gene protein of hepatitis B, or the not full viral genome of hepatitis C comprising the nucleotide sequence encoding the full core protein of hepatitis C bound operatively with regulatory elements functioning in human cells. Invention describes also pharmaceutical compositions comprising such structures. The advantage of invention involves the development of gene structures that can be effective for protection against viruses of hepatitis B, and/or hepatitis C.
