abstract | FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to carbonated soluble tablets for oral using and to a method of their making. Pharmaceutical composition comprises dextrose anhydride as a carcass material that provides making tablets by method of direct pressing. The use of polyethylene glycol as a binding component ensures to make plane-cylinder white tablets with good surface. The presence of different therapeutic agents, biologically active substances, vitamins, macroelements and trace elements expands the spectrum of pharmacological effect of the pharmaceutical composition. All procedures of preparing the pharmaceutical composition as carbonated soluble tablets are carried out at decreased absolute air moisture in the ranges 5-30% and the tableting procedure is carried out by method of direct pressing under pressure 3-10 atm.
