abstract FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: humus-containing substances are treated with alkaline reagent to obtain the humate cleared product and an inert solid fraction. Simultaneously with this process biomethanogenesis of organic waste is performed in series installed bioreactors that results to the production of biogas and an organomineral component. The latter is mixed with the humates cleared product and/or with an inert solid fraction. The prepared mixture is filtered to form a solution and a deposit being a stabilizing agent based on a mineral substance is added to a solution and/or deposit and stirred for the required time. The invention can be used for preparing nutrient-reculturing mixtures comprising components balanced by the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, trace elements and humates based on peat, sapropel, different organic waste and vegetable materials. The invention ensures to decrease the environment pollution, expand the raw base, to enhance indices of activation of processes of plant growth and the soil structure formation.
