abstract FIELD: medicine, biology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparations regulating processes of metabolism. Invention proposes an agent comprising of [poly-(2,5- dihydroxyphenyl)]-4-thiosulfoacid sodium salt added to an aqueous glycerol solution where magnesium compounds is added also as pharmacologically active and accessory substances. Concentrations of glycerol, [poly-(2,5-dihydroxyphenyl)] - 4-thiosulfoacid and magnesium compounds in an aqueous solution are 50-200; 0.2-2.0 and 0.2-2.2 g/l, respectively. Magnesium compounds are added as water-soluble salts of monosalts or their compositions. Invention provides the expressed capacity to inhibit the development of ketosis.
