titleOfInvention Surgical method for treating cornea transplant diseases
abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves filling the anterior chamber with viscoprotector agent like Visityl and the future transplant zone is marked with the first trepan which diameter is less than the transplant diameter by 1.0-1.5 mm. Incision is made retaining cornea thickness not less than 200 mcm. The patient cornea is stratified allover the marked area. The separated superficial layers are removed. The through trepanation of the deep layers is carried out with the second trepan which diameter is less than the first trepan diameter by 1.0-1.5 mm. Step is formed on the recipient cornea. Then the donor eye anterior chamber is filled with Visityl for substituting scleral defects. Deepithelialized donor cornea trepanation is carried out with the first trepan. The first provisory suture over the transplant is put in on the donor eye and then the transplant is placed on the formed step in the recipient cornea. The operation is finished in usual way. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
