FIELD: medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: in case of chronic viral hepatitis and relapsing herpetic infection, due to blood-free epidermal scarification, it is obtained a preparation of macrophages out of an exudate of skin aseptic inflammatory reaction, then it is dyed with acridine orange to reveal RNA of macrophages' nuclei and according to their content, determined due to computer telefluorometry, one should evaluate the activity degree of chronic viral hepatitis and severity forms of relapsing herpetic infection.
