FIELD: rubber-textile materials. SUBSTANCE: impregnation formulation for textile materials increasing adhesion of textile material with rubber contains (on conversion to solids) 100 wt parts of combination of latexes: (i) water dispersion of butadiene/butyl acrylate/methacrylamide terpolymer and (ii) butadiene/methacrylic acid copolymer at weight ratio between 30:70 and 50:50; 350-400 wt parts of condensed aqueous solution of resin based on resorcin and formaldehyde; and 350-400 wt parts water. Resorcin-formaldehyde condensation product is prepared in presence of sodium hydroxide on heating for 7-15 h at 20-30 C and at following amounts of reaction components, wt parts: resorcin 25, 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution 41.0-43.0, 10% sodium hydroxide 19.0-21.0, water 760-780, 25% aqueous ammonia 8.0- 10.0. EFFECT: increased adhesion of textile materials to rubber. 2 tbl, 10 ex |
