abstract | FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: invention provides process of production of butadienecontaining (co)polymers by in-solution or in- emulsion polymerization of 1,3- butadiene and/or copolymerization thereof with one or several polymerization zones followed by distilling off mixture containing non-reacted C4 hydrocarbons and isolation therefrom more concentrated butadiene-containing stream, which is recycled into polymerization zone. Butadiene-containing stream includes 1,3- butadiene and 2-butene at 1:1 to 20: 1 ratio. After (co)polymerization of major part of 1,3-butadiene, resulting mixture containing mainly 2-butene and 1,3- butadiene is subjected to rectifying separation in at least one rectification zone, wherein 1,3-butadiene concentrate containing 5-50% 2-50% 2-butene is distilled from the still residue, in which butene- to-butadiene ratio exceeds 2:1 and preferably 20: 1. Butadiene concentrate is transferred into polymerization zone.
