abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: epidermal layer is removed from lateral part of a fragment, then its medial part is replaced into defect area through a preformed subcutaneous-muscular tunnel and the edge of lower palpebra is formed, conjunctiva is separated and fixed to external plate of sutured fragment. Moreover, an arch-shaped cutaneousmuscular fragment is cut in upper palpebral area. Additionally, palpebral edge is formed by turning in and suturing the upper edge of a fragment with linear stitches or mattress sutures.
