abstract | FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method deals with studying the permeability of blood erythrocytic membranes at the moment when patient comes to a hospital and on 1st, 2nd, 3d, 5th and 7th d after trauma due to determining an average percentage of hemolysis and percentage of hemolysis concerning the concentration ratio of urea:sodium chloride of 50:50 and 55:45. In case of higher average percentage of hemolysis concerning the concentration ratio of urea:sodium chloride 50:50 and 55:45 by 15-20% on 2nd,3d, 5th,7th d against the values obtained at the moment of patient's arrival into a hospital the development of purulent-septic complication is predicted.
