abstract | FIELD: agriculture microbiology, phytopathology, farming. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the strain of micromycetus Trichoderma viride 23 showing an antagonistic activity with respect to phytopathogenic fungi, the complex preparation with properties of fungicide and bacterial fertilizer, a method of the biopreparation preparing. Strain Trichoderma viride 23 is obtained by analytical selection of natural isolates selected after incubation of wash-off from peach surface on agarized medium. In preparing the preparation containing this strain 10 g (ml) of culture Trichoderma viride 23 grown on liquid nutrient medium Chapek-Dox are added to sterile beet pulp comprising nutrient supplements (K 2 HPO 4 , carbamide, chalk, sucrose) taken in total amount 2.4 g/100 of biopreparation. The obtained mixture is stirred and 10 g (ml) of culture Az. chroococcum, strain 2E-16, grown on liquid nutrient medium Fedorov with molasses and a mixture of trace elements Zn, Fe, Mo, Cu, Mg, Mn taken in the amount 0.1% (totally) are added to the mixture as an aqueous solution. The mixture is stirred thoroughly and remained for addition growing at the same temperature at periodic stirring 2-3 times per 24 h. The obtained preparation used for plant growth decreases their vulnerability with diseases and promotes to yield increase.
