titleOfInvention Catalyst for exhausting gas scrubbing with oxygen excess from nitrogen oxides, method of its synthesis and method of exhausting gas scrubbing
abstract FIELD: chemical technology, catalysts. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalysts used for effective removal of nitrogen oxides from exhausting gases and method of exhausting gases scrubbing from nitrogen oxides. Invention describes a catalyst for exhausting gases scrubbing with oxygen excess from nitrogen oxides comprising an active component, a carrier made of glass-fibrous material where glass-fibrous fabric made of silicate glass is used as a carrier and leached out to the content of silicon dioxide 90.0-99.9% with specific surface 0.2-7.0 m 2 /g. Catalyst has at least one metal from platinum group in amount 0.001-0.3 wt.% as an active component and additionally it has a promoter presenting the compound of at least one element or some elements from the group comprising aluminium, iron, silicon, titanium, cerium, lanthanum, molybdenum and/or their oxides taken in the amount 0.001-0.5 wt. %. Catalyst shows the following composition, wt.% as measured for metal: metal of platinum group, 0.001-0.3; promoter, 0.01-0.5; carrier, the balance. Invention describes also a method of synthesis of catalyst and a method of exhausting gases scrubbing on the above described catalyst placed in the system for exhausting gas scrubbing. EFFECT: enhanced activity, selectivity, chemical and thermic resistance of catalyst. 12 cl, 4 dwg, 2 tbl
