titleOfInvention Method for removing facial and neck folds
abstract FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: a subcutaneous fatty fiber is removed in submental area by liposuctioning. Patient's fatty tissue obtained is introduced under cutaneous folds up to the level of stationary subcutaneous fatty fiber in direction from the top downwards along the fold route. In peculiar case, liposuctioning in submental area is conducted under a marker's zone as two concentric ellipses, by decreasing suction intensity of fatty fiber in direction from internal ellipse to peripheral one. In peculiar case, introduction of fatty tissue is carried out into subbuccal, nasolabial and sublabial folds. The method enables to decrease the risk of post-operational complications, provide prolonged duration and stability of cosmetic effect and restore correct both facial and submental ovals. EFFECT: higher efficiency of correction. 2 cl
