abstract | FIELD: medicine, anesthesiology. SUBSTANCE: 2-% lidocaine solution is injected epidurally and 0.25-% marcaine solution - fractionally. At the stage of consciousness disconnection one should once inject 20-% γ-hydroxybutyric acid solution intravenously and 1-% thiopental-sodium solution to be then fractionally injected at a parallel infusion of 6-% HAES- sterile solution and reinfusion of washed out erythrocytes. The present method of anesthesia excludes suppression of external respiration, prevents psychotic reactions in postoperative period, promotes prophylaxis of hypertension in the course of operation.
