| abstract | FIELD: medicine, rheumatology. SUBSTANCE: blood viscosity characteristics are registered: reaction period as r, thrombin constant as k, maximum amplitude AM, time for developing fibrin-thrombocytic clot structure T, total value of retraction and spontaneous clot lysis F, intensity of spontaneous aggregation of thrombocytes Ar and the value of thrombin activity Kk. At Ar value being -8.2 ± 0.34 relative units, r being 6.2 ± 0.20 min, Kk being 20.5 ÷ 0.42 relative units, K being 5.1 ± 0.16 min, AM being 620 ± 10.3 relative units, T being 58 ± 1.25 min, F being 15.3 ± 0.52% the norm is detected. At Ar value being -3 ± 0.24 relative units, r being 3.8 ± 0.17 min, AM being 752 ± 17.2 relative units, T being 63.7 ± 2.05 min, F being 10.6 ± 0.92 relative units and at no statistically valuable alterations in k and Kk values the degree II of rheumatoid arthritis activity is determined.
