abstract FIELD: biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a set used for assay of enzymatic determination of analyzed substance concentration in a sample of subject biological fluid by measurement of degree of coenzyme oxidation stabilized against oxidation by means of system of coenzyme reduction and other required reagents. System consists of pair of enzyme and substrate that is taken in order to provide the constant reduction of indicated coenzyme for all period of this reagent storage. Enzymatic method of determination of analyzed substance concentration in a sample of biological fluid based on degree of coenzyme reduction involves the use of a set comprising the system of coenzyme reduction consisting of pair of enzyme and substrate being the latter is taken so to provide constant reduction of indicated coenzyme for all period of storage of this reagent. Invention is designated for assay of activity of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and content of ammonia and urea. Invention provides increase of stability of reduced coenzyme and its stability for at least 6-7 months under condition of storage in sealed flask.
