abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating two subcutaneous cavities at the defect localization place in and in adjacent zone to implant two-ballooned latex expander unit having basic and auxiliary balloon. physiological salt solution is introduced into the auxiliary balloon in postoperative period. The basic balloon is expanded to reach required tension intensity in the zone above the balloon. The basic balloon is used so that its volume is equal to precalculated one to enable required tissue tension to be achieved, and its wall thickness is equal to 0.1-0.2 mm.
