abstract | FIELD: organic chemistry, pesticides. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 1,2,3,4-substituted naphthalene compounds of the general formula (I) where n = 0, 1; m = 0 or 1; each R means independently C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkoxy-group; R 1 and R 2 mean independently C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy- group or taken in common mean the group =O, =N-OR 9 where R 9 means C 1 -C 4 -alkyl group; R 3 means hydroxyl group or the group OR 10 where R 10 means C 1 -C 6 -alkyl group that can be substituted with C 1 -C 4 -alkoxy-group, phen- (C 1 -C 4 )-alkyl group, SO 2 R 11 -group where R 11 means phenyl substituted with C 1 -C 4 -alkyl group; or R 10 means COR 11 where R 11 is C 1 -C 12 -alkyl group, halogen-(C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl group, phenyl group; R 6 means C 1 -C 6 -alkyl group, halogen-(C 1 -C 6 )- alkyl group, C 2 -C 6 -alkenyl group, C 1 -C-alkoxyalkyl group, phenyl group; R 7 and R 8 taken in common mean the group =O; R 4 and R 5 mean independently C 1 -C 4/ -alkyl group or taken in common with adjacent common carbon atom form C 5 -C 8 -cycloalkyl or C 5 -C 8 -cycloalkenyl ring; A means linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl group containing up to 12 carbon atoms, acyclic carbon chain binding 3-position of naphthalene ring with fragment -CR 4 R 5 R 6 under condition that when R 1 with R 2 and R 7 with R 8 mean groups =O, n = 0, (i) when R 4 and R 5 are methyl, m = 0 and R 6 is ethenyl then R 3 does not mean hydroxyl; (ii) when R 4 and R 5 are methyl, m = 0 or 1 where A is -CH 2 - or -(CH 2 ) 2 - and R 3 is hydroxyl then R 6 does not mean methyl; (iii) when R 4 and R 5 taken in common with adjacent carbon atom form cyclohexyl ring, m = 1 where A means -CH 2 - and R 3 is hydroxyl then R 6 does not mean methyl. Invention relates to also method of synthesis of compounds (I) and pesticide composition and method of control of pests, in part, insects, mites and/or fungi.
