titleOfInvention | Oleophilic biological preparation useful for cleaning oil-polluted soil |
abstract | FIELD: oil pollution removal. SUBSTANCE: invention provides a novel composition and a novel form of biological preparation, in particular oleophilic concentrated emulsion. Preparation is based on biogenic surfactant synthesized by alkanotrophic rhodococci as stabilization agent and contains association of bacterial oil-degradation cultures Rhodococcus erythropolis IEGM 708 and Rhodococcus rubber IEGM 327 at their concentration 10 10 -10 11 viable cells/ml and balanced mineral nitrogen-, phosphorus-, and potassium-containing additive. Principal advantages of such preparation consist in: its high degree of solubilization with oil hydrocarbons resulting in that oil-degradation bacteria come into immediate contact with pollutant; elevated bioavailability of its oil hydrocarbons due to their desorption from soil particles under effect of biological surfactant; its having a complex of nutritive compounds residing in oleophilic matrix; high biodegradation ability; lack of toxic effect on soil microflora. Preparation is also characterized by high viability of microorganisms contained therein and it is easy to store and to transport. EFFECT: essentially accelerated microbiologic degradation of oil in soils with high (up to 30 wt %) level of pollution. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 3 tbl, 2 ex |
