FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel bis(amides) of nitrogen-containing tricyclic carboxylic acids of the formula (I) where each X can be similar or different in this molecule and means - CH= or -N=; each of R 1 - R 4 can be similar or different and means H, C 1 - C 4 -alkyl, NH 2 , C 1 - C 4 -alkoxy-group, phenyl, phenoxy-group, NHR, N(R) 2 ,CF 3 or halogen atom where R means C 1 - C 4 -alkyl; each of R 5 and R 6 means H or C 1 - C 4 - alkyl; Z means ; R 7 is H or C 1 - C 4 -alkyl; n and m mean the whole number from 1 to 4, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts with exception of compounds where each X means N, each of R 1 - R 6 means H, carboxamide moiety is bound at position 1 of phenazine ring and Z means or (CH 2 ) 3 NH(CH 2 ) 2 NH(CH 2 ) 3 .. Compounds of the formula (I) show antitumor activity and can be used in medicine. EFFECT: new compounds indicated above, improved method of synthesis, valuable medicinal properties. 7 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl, 81 ex |
