abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out hemostasis examination of pregnant women distinguished by APH-gestosis. Hemostasis system characteristics like fibrinogen level in blood, kaolin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, protrombin index are determined for calculating diagnostic index from discriminant function S using a formula: S= 0.621xG1+0.001xG2-0.043xG3+0.063xG4-5.532, where G1 is the fibrinogen level in blood, in g/l, G2 is the kaolin time, in s, G3 is the activated partial thromboplastin time, in s, G4 is the protrombin index, in %. S-value being less than 0, hepatodepressive syndrome in patients suffering from APH- gestosis is to be diagnosed. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis method.
