abstract FIELD: cryogenic equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves synthesizing ozone from oxygen in ozone generator; cooling produced mixture in precooling unit, with ozone being condensed in separating unit within condenser due to evaporation of liquid oxygen in bath and with liquid ozone being separated in separator from oxygen that was not converted into ozone; directing obtained liquid ozone from separator through pipeline into ejector where it is evaporated by cooled air supplied in an amount providing required mixture composition. Method and apparatus allow safe ozone-air mixture to be produced at temperature approximating ozone boiling temperature, at which ozone does not decompose and has maximum chemical stability.
