FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting transplant shaped as trousers to make by-pass of aneurysm spreading from a large blood vessel like aorta into one or more branching blood vessels like iliac artery. Stages of the operation involve positioning the first transplant 10 branching into two tubular segments 19a and 19b into part 11 of the blood vessel located before branching point through one of blood vessel portions 12,13 located after the branching point, positioning the second tubular transplant 10b in one of the parts 12 located after the branching point and connecting it to one of the tubular segments of the first transplant 10a in one of the parts 11 located after the branching point and connecting it to another tubular segments of the first transplant 19b.
