titleOfInvention Method of producing special vodka
abstract FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry, particularly, production of special vodka "SHAITANOCHKA". SUBSTANCE: method involves additional cleaning of corrected water from organic impurities by passing through filter with activated carbon of BAU-A type. Rate of filtrate flow is within 1-2.5 m/h. Upon leaving of carbon battery, softened water cleaned from organic impurities is directed to sand filter for catching carbon particles, and then, water is supplied to a collector of treated water. Preparation aqueous-alcoholic mixture (solution) is carried out in an injector. Softened water treated with activated carbon is directed to vacuum cavity of the injector under pressure. Ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and suspension of activated carbon BAU-4 and 65.8-% sugar syrup are supplied in water flow. Prepared vodka, under kinetic energy of water jet directed from pump into the injector, is directed to supply tank, where it is directed to filtration for separation of carbon from aqueous-alcoholic mixture. Filtered vodka is directed to finishing tank where added are aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist and IInd decantations of ginseng dry root in the form of filtrate, and aqueous-alcoholic infusion of magnolia vine seeds of Ist and IInd decantations also in the form of filtrate. After introduction of components vodka is thoroughly mixed, and, if necessary, strength is corrected. In case of deviation from standard by strength, vodka is corrected in the same tanks by adding alcohol or water with subsequent mixing and control of strength. Prepared vodka is directed for bottling with obligatory control filtration. The vodka contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal: aqueous-alcoholic infusion of ginseng dry root of Ist and IInd decantations, 1-1.5 l; aqueous-alcoholic infusion of magnolia vine seeds of Ist and IInd decantations, 0.3-0.5 l; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 11-12 l; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. EFFECT: production of high-quality special vodka "SHAITANOCHKA" enriched with a complex of biologically active substances of ginseng and magnolia vine with slight tone of apple in aftertaste; broadened assortment of vodkas with tonic and stimulating action. 2 tbl, 3 ex
