abstract FIELD: organic chemistry, heterocyclic compound. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of piperazine and piperidine of the general formula (a) where A means heterocyclic group with 5-7 atoms in ring containing 1-2 heteroatoms among O, N and S atoms; R 1 means hydrogen or fluorine atom; R 2 means oxo-group or C 1-4 -alkyl and p = 0 or 1; Z means carbon or nitrogen atom and dotted line means a simple bond when Z means nitrogen atom and simple or double bond when Z means carbon atom; R 3 and R 4 mean independently each of other hydrogen atom or C 1-4 -alkyl; n = 1 or 2; R 5 means C 1-4 -alkoxy-group, C 1-4 -alkyl, halogen atom or hydroxy-group and q = 0 or 1; Y means phenyl substituted with 1-2 substitutes taken among hydroxy-group, halogen atom, C 1-4 -alkoxy-group, cyano-group, aminocarbonyl-group, di-C 1-4 -alkylaminocarbonyl-group, furyl or thienyl and their salts. Invention describes also method of synthesis of these compound. The claimed compounds show high degree of affinity to both dopamine D 2 -receptors and serotonin 5-HT 1A receptors.
