abstract | FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention describes the improved methods of synthesis of 3-amino-1,2,4-benzotriazine-1,4-dioxide by interaction of benzofurazan-1-oxide with cyanogen amide disodium under conditions of homogeneous reaction carrying out, namely, in an aqueous dimethylsulfoxide at 55-65 C followed by crystallization in buffered solution containing an excess of sodium acetate. In preferable variant method involves interaction of benzofurazan-1-oxide with cyanogen amide disodium under condition of homogeneous reaction also and the following purification in mixture of acetone with acetic acid.
