FIELD: organic chemistry, heterocyclic compounds, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of 4-hydroxypiperidine of the general formula (I) where X means -O-, -NH-, -CH 2 -, -CH= , -CO 2 -, -CON-(lower alkyl)- or -CONH-; R 1 -R 4 mean independently each of other hydrogen atom, hydroxy-group, nitro-group, lower alkyl-sulfoneamide, 1- or 2-imidazolyl, 1-(1,2,4-triazolyl); R 5 and R 6 mean independently each of other hydrogen atom, lower alkyl, hydroxy-group or oxo-group; R 7 -R 10 mean independently each of other hydrogen atom, lower alkyl, halogen atom, trifluoro-methyl group or lower alkoxy-group; n = 0 or 1 and to their pharmaceutically acceptable acid-additive salts. Invention can be used as a medicinal agent as the selective antagonist of subtype NMDA-receptor. Invention relates to also medicinal agent based on 4-hydroxypiperidine.
