abstract | FIELD: biotechnology, mycology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to express-method of determination of viability of conidia of fungi Ascomycota used as sowing material. Before sowing conidia are wetted with ethanol and medium is prepared on the base of citrate- phosphate buffer with addition of agar. Glucose and peptone are used as the source of carbon and nitrogen, respectively. Nutrient medium is applied on slide and cultivation is carried out in the wet chamber. Control of conidia germination stages is performed by method of light microscopy but before microscope study ocular network is placed on medium surface.
